I work as a Senior Vice President of Digital Operations (Marketing) in a top-notch startup company and am well acquainted with financial, managerial, accounting, economic, legal aspects of management. I follow a structured approach while I build momentum for my subject. It involves classroom mode and online mode + blended content (Audio / Visual) + Interactive online tests + Feedback system. This enables a holistic learning for students while absorbing management subjects and they learn by example. I do not encourage rote learning and core focus is on gaining knowledge and understanding. The Application based questions asked in the interactive videos will enable the student to retain more knowledge for later.
