About Amruta
I am Amruta from India, I work 9-5 as a project manager. I picked up hula hooping as a hobby in COVID times and loved how it affected my mood, my body & my overall confidence. I struggled a lot while learning initially. I wish I had somebody handy to go to for basic moves. So here I am wanting to help beginners to start their hula hooping journey.

About the lesson

Each session begins with a fun warm-up, followed by 2–3 basic hula hoop techniques tailored for beginner level. We then create a simple, enjoyable flow to music, followed by any special requests like any on body or off body movements and finish with relaxing stretches. A must-have for the class - Hula hoop and you. See you there!
