About Alexander
My name is Alexander, I am from Russia, and I am a recent graduate of an Ayurveda Institute.
I have studied Ayurveda in India for over 6 years, gained a good level of proficiency and expertise by attending different seminars, workshops and training programs, in order to understand the concepts and the core of the subject, and to eventually teach it and spread the word about it around the world.
I am looking forward to meet you and share everything I possibly can!
