About Atul
I've spent 15 years inside the machinery of India's financial markets — broking, operations, risk, and product — and one thing became clear: most people investing their own money never get taught how any of this actually works. They learn from tips, forums, and guesswork instead of the frameworks professionals use daily. I started teaching because I kept meeting smart working professionals — and CFA/CA students — who were capable of understanding markets properly but had never had anyone explain it from the inside. I'm not a full-time tutor; I bring an active practitioner's perspective, which means what I teach reflects how markets work today, not a static textbook. I enjoy this because I like translating complexity into things people can actually use.

My approach is practical, not theoretical: I break down real market mechanics — how equity analysis, risk, and broking operations actually work inside a firm — rather than teaching from textbooks. A typical session starts with a concept explained through a live or recent market example, followed by a discussion where you apply it to your own questions or portfolio. I don't run rigid syllabi; sessions adapt to what you're trying to solve, whether that's understanding a specific investment decision or building a broader framework for analysis. My classes are designed for working professionals balancing full-time jobs, and for CFA/CA students who want their technical concepts grounded in how markets actually behave, not just how they're tested.
