About AMIT

I am a health coach. I have been giving private lessons since 2012 and taught more than thousands... Educated by World Class Ph.D. Scientists and Doctors. Applied the same knowledge to own-self and lost 28 kilos and 15-inches from my waist.

About the lesson

I always try to understand a person's philosophy for their lifestyle. Spends my time with them especially during their mealtime. So, I can understand their relationship with their meal. That could be their BF, Lunch, Dinner or Snacks. After understanding their flexibility, teach and correct them about the importance of food and exercise combination and corrections.
