About Jannsen Samonte

Hello! I’m Jannsen S. Bayog, a Graphic Designer and Information Technology graduate with hands-on experience in graphic design, digital creativity, computer technology, and professional workplace environments.

I teach graphic design in a practical, beginner-friendly way—so you don’t just learn where the tools are, but understand how to use them to create professional and effective designs.

I can help you learn:

Graphic Design Fundamentals
• Composition, alignment, spacing, hierarchy, typography, and color
• Design principles and visual communication
• How to turn an idea into a polished visual design

️ Canva
• Social media graphics
• Presentations
• Posters and promotional materials
• Marketing and business graphics
• Templates and efficient design workflows

Adobe Photoshop
• Photo editing and retouching
• Background removal and replacement
• Layers, selections, masks, and adjustments
• Image manipulation and compositing
• Creative effects and professional editing techniques

Adobe InDesign
• Page layout and publication design
• Brochures and flyers
• Magazines and catalogs
• Desktop publishing
• Preparing layouts for digital and print use

Practical Design Skills
• Social media content
• Marketing materials
• School and business projects
• Portfolio development
• Improving existing designs
• Building an efficient creative workflow

My lessons are suitable for beginners, students, aspiring designers, freelancers, professionals, and business owners who want to improve their design skills.

You don't need to be naturally artistic to learn graphic design. With the right process, practice, and feedback, you can develop the skills and confidence to create your own designs.

My goal is simple: **help you become confident enough to create designs independently.**

If you're ready to learn, let's start with a project and build your skills step by step.

About the lesson

My lessons are **hands-on, personalized, and project-based**.

Instead of spending the entire lesson listening to theory, you'll learn by actually creating designs.

# What happens in a lesson?

**1. Understand your goal**
We'll discuss what you want to learn and what you want to create.

**2. Assess your current level**
Whether you're a complete beginner or already have experience, I'll adjust the lesson to your skill level.

**3. Learn step by step**
I'll demonstrate the tools, techniques, and design principles you need.

**4. Practice together**
You'll work on an actual design while I guide you through the process.

**5. Get feedback**
I'll point out areas that can be improved and explain how to make your design more effective.

**6. Build independence**
The goal is for you to eventually create your own designs confidently without needing someone to guide you every step.

# Projects we can work on

Depending on your goals, we can create:

• Social media posts
• Posters and flyers
• Business advertisements
• Presentations
• Brochures
• Catalogs
• Magazine layouts
• Marketing materials
• Photo edits
• Digital graphics
• Portfolio pieces
• School projects

# Who can join?

**Beginners:** Start from the basics with no prior experience required.

**Students:** Get practical help with design assignments, presentations, and creative projects.

**Aspiring designers:** Build your fundamentals and create portfolio-ready work.

**Freelancers:** Learn skills that can be applied to real client projects.

**Business owners:** Learn how to create better marketing and social media graphics.

**Professionals:** Improve your Canva, Photoshop, InDesign, and visual communication skills.

# My teaching approach

I focus on **practical skills, clear explanations, and real projects**.

I will explain concepts in simple terms, demonstrate the process, let you practice, and provide constructive feedback throughout the lesson.

You can also bring your **own project or design** to the lesson, and we can work through it together.

**All skill levels are welcome.**

Let's turn your ideas into better designs and develop skills you can use for school, work, business, freelancing, or personal projects.
