About Amy

I’m Amy Butner, PhD — an Egyptologist, museum professional, and flight attendant with a passion for teaching, travel, and languages. I’ve worked with the Smithsonian and The Met, led tours across Egypt, and speak German and Dutch fluently, with conversational skills in Arabic, Chinese, and Korean. I help learners explore history, art, writing, and languages with curiosity and confidence.
