About Giacomo

Hi! I’m Giacomo, a native French speaker currently living in Ireland, where I’m training to become an airline pilot at AFTA.

Before pursuing aviation, I completed a Master’s degree in sports science and additional studies in physical preparation. These experiences have taught me discipline, perseverance, organisation, and the importance of continuous improvement.

Moving to Ireland and pursuing my pilot training have also given me the opportunity to experience life in an international environment and understand the challenges of learning and communicating in another language.

I’m an open-minded, approachable, and motivated person who enjoys sharing knowledge and helping others develop new skills. I believe that patience, consistency, and a positive attitude are essential to making progress.

Outside of aviation, I’m passionate about sport, personal development, and learning new things. I’d be happy to share my language and culture with you while helping you discover the French language in a friendly and relaxed atmosphere.

Looking forward to meeting you

About the lesson

Speak French with Confidence – Personalised Lessons with a Native French Speaker!

Have you always wanted to learn French but don’t know where to start? Or perhaps you already know some French but struggle to speak confidently?

I’m a native French speaker offering friendly, practical, and personalised lessons to help you improve your French at your own pace.

What will you learn?

Speak French naturally: Practise everyday conversations and learn useful expressions you can actually use.
Build your foundations: Understand French grammar and vocabulary through clear, simple explanations.
Improve your pronunciation: Develop your speaking skills and sound more natural.
Gain confidence: Learn in a relaxed, supportive environment where making mistakes is part of the process.
Learn your way: Lessons tailored to your level, interests, and personal goals.
My approach

I believe the best way to learn a language is to use it! My lessons focus on practical communication, active participation, and steady progress rather than simply memorising rules.

As a native French speaker, I can help you discover the language as it is spoken in everyday life. I can also explain concepts in English whenever necessary, making lessons accessible even if you’re a complete beginner.

I have a Master’s-level academic background and experience in physical preparation, which has helped me develop a structured, goal-oriented approach to learning and personal development.

Who are my lessons for?

Complete beginners starting from scratch
Students looking to improve their school or university French
Travellers preparing for a trip to France
Adults who want to speak French for work or personal interest
Anyone looking to improve their conversation skills
Lessons can be arranged online, with the possibility of discussing other arrangements depending on location.

Ready to start your French journey?

Send me a message, tell me about your goals, and let’s build a learning plan that works for you.

À bientôt !
