About Aaryan
- I’m someone who has personally lost 15kg in 6 months and successfully done a body recomposition, so I understand what it really takes. - I’m currently studying to become a certified dietitian, so everything I teach is backed by science—not trends or guesswork. - I think the BIGGEST thing that sets me apart is the fact that I will NEVER judge you. Different people have different things that work for them, so you can expect a LOT of patience and understanding from my side.
