About Ana Paola

My name is Ana Paola, I am Brazilian and I lived in the USA for 4 years. I have experience teaching adults at companies like Pfizer, Nestle, Renault, Allianz, BGC Partners and others for 15 years, in both languages. When I lived in Lyon (France) and Florence (Italy) I taught English to native people in basic to advanced levels.

About the lesson

Improve or learn English with a qualified teacher with 15 years of experience and Celtic certificate. Conversation classes using grammar, pronunciation, rhythm, vocabulary for adults according to their needs. Experience teaching professionals of different levels and different companies in São Paulo, Brazil, and private lessons in Florence, Italy and Lyon, France. Teaching is to be present passing on knowledge, exchanging, around a positive and constructive energy focused on the student :-) I use "eliciting" (extracting responses from students instead of providing them to them), helping the student to understand why the language itself, creating self-confidence and interest in the language for those students who find it difficult or who are forced by their bosses to do English. My classes are dynamic, fun, positive and light which helps in learning and in a positive relationship with the language and the students. They learn with good humor and feel comfortable with classes and with me, loosening up more. The classes are naturally fun, with all the seriousness of a teacher who strives to help the student in what he needs and has a lot of patience and willingness to see the student progress. Tailor made classes (classes prepared according to the student's needs). Inserting the new language into the student's daily life helps him to memorize grammar, vocabulary, in a natural way. I really like to use the ludic what can be done from basic to advanced. I make many associations to facilitate learning. It is a pleasure to teach me :-) I do translations from English or Spanish to Portuguese.
