About Conleth
Hi, I'm Conleth. I've played euphonium for fifteen years
Most people who take up a brass instrument give up in the first year, and it's usually the same three things: the embouchure hurts, the breathing is wrong, and nobody explained why either one matters. That's where I start. If the basics feel comfortable, practice stops being something you avoid.
I teach complete beginners through to grade exams, and I'm happy to cover music theory alongside playing. Lessons in person or online.

Teach the basics of brass playing, embouchure, positions, and music. Typical lesson length is 30-45 minutes. I have a grade 8 in euphonium and trombone and have played brass at a professional level. My lessons are for beginners to mid-level players.
