About Shikha
Dancing has been an integral part of my life since childhood. I was naturally drawn to movement and music from an early age and started choreographing at a young age. Over the years, I’ve performed on stage, choreographed for competitions, and experienced firsthand how dance can become a powerful form of self-expression and even a form of therapy.
I’m a passionate Bollywood and freestyle dancer with 6 years of choreography experience. I’m also trained in Belly Dancing at the Banjara School of Dance under Meher Malik. While I’m not currently teaching belly dance as a standalone style, I love incorporating belly dance movements and techniques into Bollywood choreography to bring more fluidity, flexibility, and expression to the movements.
One most important thing is if you feel you cannot dance, I can change that for you forever.

My approach to dance is simple: don’t just follow the steps—feel the music.
I encourage my students to let the music sink in, listen to its rhythm and beats, and allow their body to naturally respond to it. With time, you stop thinking about every step and start moving with the music. That’s when you truly become one with the song.
My classes are not just about learning choreography or getting a workout. They’re about feeling free, expressing yourself, and actually living the dance.
Whether you’re a complete beginner or someone who simply wants to become more comfortable and expressive on the dance floor, I’ll help you discover your own way of moving to Bollywood music.
