About Sonu Anpurna
Hi, I’m Sonu Anpurna! I’m a patient, friendly, and dedicated tutor who enjoys helping children discover French in a fun and comfortable way.
My French is at an intermediate conversational level, and I focus on helping beginners develop confidence with everyday French, vocabulary, pronunciation, listening, and simple conversations. I believe children learn best when lessons are interactive, encouraging, and enjoyable.
What a typical lesson looks like
5 minutes — Bonjour & warm-up
Simple greetings and a short conversation to get comfortable speaking French.
10 minutes — New vocabulary
Learn a small set of age-appropriate words around a fun topic such as colors, animals, family, food, numbers, or school.
10 minutes — Speaking & pronunciation
Practice simple words, phrases, and sentences through repetition and guided conversation.
10 minutes — Fun activity
A game, song, story, picture activity, or interactive exercise to reinforce what we learned.
5 minutes — Review & goodbye
Quick revision of the day's vocabulary and phrases, followed by a simple French goodbye routine.
Lessons can be adjusted according to the child's age, attention span, confidence, and learning pace.
My lessons are designed especially for young beginners who are new to French or want to strengthen their basic communication skills. I create a supportive environment where children can ask questions, make mistakes, and learn without pressure.
My goal is to make every lesson fun, practical, and confidence-building, while helping children develop a genuine interest in the French language.

Bonjour! I’m Sonu Anpurna, and I offer fun, friendly, and interactive beginner French lessons for children. My goal is to help young learners become comfortable with French through simple conversations, everyday vocabulary, pronunciation, songs, stories, and games.
My teaching approach is relaxed and activity-based. I believe children learn languages best when they enjoy the process and are encouraged to speak without being afraid of making mistakes.
A typical 30–45 minute lesson may include a short French greeting, vocabulary practice, pronunciation, simple speaking exercises, a fun game or activity, and a short review at the end. Lessons can be adapted according to the child’s age, confidence, and learning pace.
My lessons are designed primarily for young beginners who are starting French or want to build confidence in basic conversational French. I focus on practical French that children can use in everyday situations while gradually developing their listening, speaking, reading, vocabulary, and pronunciation skills.
What sets me apart is my patient and encouraging approach. I aim to make every lesson enjoyable, interactive, and comfortable while helping children develop a genuine interest in the French language.
