I am an MD Ayurveda postgraduate, trained in classical texts and clinical practice, with specialized training in Music Therapy. My work focuses on understanding the basic principles of Ayurveda and integrating Ayurvedic principles with music for holistic healing, emotional balance, and deeper understanding of mind–body health.
