About Betsy

I’m a Life, Leadership & Personal Development Coach. A bit about me - I started my career as a Registered Veterinary Nurse (big love for animals!), but stepped away from clinical work some years ago into senior leadership within the veterinary sector. I progressed quickly in my career to where I am now through demonstrating my ability to make meaningful connections with people which allowed me to influence and make an impact quickly in the work I was doing at a senior level.

About the lesson

I have a Masters in Business Management and a keen interest in HR and people. I have a passion for what goes into managing and developing others to grow which led me to coaching and mentoring. I have also been a mental health first aider in workplaces for years and my other work includes working as a workplace coach within Higher Education and board trustee for charities. So it might be a personal development enquiry… perhaps you're feeling stuck, want to develop the habits required to live a high-performance lifestyle, lack focus for your goals or simply need a sounding board and support to reach the clarity you need to move yourself forward. Alternatively, you might be looking to explore leadership coaching because you want to improve or feel more confident in your current position and/or want to progress your career. Developing leaders to positively contribute and have an impact on businesses is where my skill set and passion lies. I work with individual managers outside of their workplace or go into businesses to develop their people’s leadership skills.
