Leadership is not power but the ability to influence a generation to move towards a favorable direction.

He is a trustworthy tutor because he has proven his ability to work with people and he is very good at helping others and making them understand. He is a great leader who has lead by example. I for one have grown so much under his leadership and I have learnt a lot from him. I have so much confidence in him leading others and I believe he will help a lot of people by transferring his skills.
