About Douglas
I have worked with a wide range of people for over 40 years--youth, educators, administrators, organizations, community leaders--people who want to grow and be the best they can.
People often have the solutions and skills set they need. They are just caught in the whirlwind of their everyday activity. Helping people become aware of those abilities, their knowledge and power, empowers them to see what they are capable of. Helping them to unlock that power so they can achieve their goals is my objective. If you are looking

The keystone to my approach is simple: provide proven, practical support that people can use immediately to become more effective. Although we live in a world often dominated by technology, it is still people that are our most valuable asset. So, the process begins with an assessment of what you want, your strengths and areas of growth. Work is then define by your needs. Four steps:
What do you want to accomplish?
What are the 1 or 2 things you can do that will most help you reach your goal
What are the ongoing commitments/actions you can take that will help you move closer to your goal?
Setting up a system to monitor personal responsibility for the above
