About Heather
I have more than 20 years’ experience helping people change how they think, work and lead. I’ve worked with leaders and managers at all levels, from first-time managers to senior executives, across a wide range of organisations and industries.
My background spans leadership and management development, coaching and facilitation, and I’ve spent thousands of hours working directly with individuals and groups. I also hold a coaching qualification and am an NLP Master Practitioner.
What I enjoy most is helping someone make sense of a situation they’ve been struggling with, see what they couldn’t see before and work out what to do next.

My approach is practical, thoughtful and tailored to the individual. I start with what you want to achieve, explore what’s happening now and what might be getting in the way, and help you work out the best way forward.
Sessions are conversational rather than formulaic. I’ll ask questions, challenge your thinking where useful and help you see situations from different perspectives. You’ll leave with greater clarity and practical actions you can take.
I work with managers and leaders at all levels, whether you’re dealing with a specific challenge, feeling stuck or simply want to become more effective in your role.
