About Aaron
I am many things - but I am also nothing.
I am a lawyer, a businessman, a writer, a musician and a counsellor, but mostly I am just someone trying to help, by loving myself enough to love others.
My own personal journey is where my experience is found, but I have also used my time to read, study and explore the human psyche, methods of counselling, spirituality, religion, philosophy, psychology, qauntum mechanics, biology and the like.
I have been to some of the darkest places of human existence, so that I may see the light therein, and share it with others.

It is very difficult to operate whilst you are stressed, either feeling depression or angst as you attempt to juggle a million other things, with the sense that you have no time to slow down or figure things out - and I know, for this was me - but I've managed to live and tell the tale, due to my own methodology.
My lessons are aimed at first finding "the problem/s", whereafter the problem is analysed with the intention of creating a practical plan of actions and mindset-shifts towards improvement - so as to allow the student to improve, but also to give the student the space to learn how problems can be addressed in any context.
I am fluent in English and Afrikaans - and am available to anyone who just needs a little help, or needs someone who can listen.
