I have an opportunity to observe her closely in a state level lok Adalat programme as a case manager organised by the Hon'ble High court Rajasthan with the help of the platform of SAMA ,an online dispute resolution Institution, in which her duty was to contact the litigants on phone/zoom, teach them briefly about the program of Lok Adalat and motivate convenience them to participate in , after agreeing manage the phone call conference or zoom meeting,as the case may be, with the judicial officers, conciliator and all the concerns, note the minutes of meeting the same and manage to get re-signed. The success of the Lok Adalat is solely depends on the teaching and results of the teaching, which is a totally new field and I proudly said that Richa discharged her duty as a teacher successfully and contributed to success of Lok Adalat.So I confidently said she will be prove herself as the best.I pray for her good future.All the best, Good luck to her.
