About Geoff

Financial accountant 40 years with a passion for wood, especially yellowwood, maple, kiaat & stinkwood. Developed a system due to lack of space which enabled me to work sitting in a fold-up chair with the workpiece clamped onto a step-up as a mini bench. It worked really well.

I recommend Geoff as a tutor for the following reason. I had an old yellowwood table that was very neglected. Geoff took the neglected table and turned it into a beautiful dresser which is now proudly displayed and used in my office and admired by all who see it. Geoff is passionate about his work and equally passionate to pass on his knowledge to the younger generation and give them the opportunity to start their own woodworking business. He is a very kind and patient gentleman. I highly recommend Geoff as a woodworking tutor.
