About Laliana
I started dancing at 13. Very quickly fascinated by this discipline, I trained in various dances and carried out various internships with various teachers of national and international renown. I was immediately very much in demand by my teachers for performances, choreographic workshops, competitions, internships, etc. I started choreographing when I was 15. It was at the age of 18 that I created my own shows. When I was 19, I won the first regional prize in a dance competition near Toulouse. Today I give lessons for all ages and levels in different dance structures.

I base myself on your needs, your expectations and your experience in dance.
I work a lot on listening to the body.
During a course, I always start with a presentation of oriental dance as well as a presentation on the music used during the course. Then, I offer you a warm-up, then a learning of the basic movements (according to your level and your expectations) so that at the end, you can reproduce, by yourself, a little choreography.
