About Pedro Victor
Training since 2010, I started teaching in 2015. I have taught classes outside of Brazil (Dublin - Ireland), classes as a volunteer in social projects (São Paulo). Currently classes for a group in gym (São Paulo) and private lessons only. I have been an active athlete / competitor since I started practicing. I actively participate in the categories of Taolus, Taolus with long / short weapons (South-style) and Classic Combat.

Dynamic methodology according to the student's objective and development. The basic training routine involves stretching / warming, physical conditioning, techniques (southern style), application demonstration, application, applied fighting techniques, "shade" / light combat, combat (classical and / or sanshou fighting).
Children up to 14 years old have differentiated training, pre-adolescents between 15 and 17 years old have a lighter workout (aimed at student safety).
