About Susanna
I am a kundalini yoga teacher with 12 years of experience, I am also a Reiki and Aura-Soma therapist, two powerful energy therapies that help restore our physical, mental and emotional balance. During the last two years I have deepened meditation techniques and I believe that now more than ever we need to be centered and have a quiet and clear mind to be able to calmly face our day.

The method that I use the most to meditate is through mantras, breathing and mudras (postures of the hands), I like to connect with the students and adapt the meditations according to the needs of each one and personalize the class. Usually the class lasts about 30 minutes, we start with conscious breathing, guided meditation and ends with deep relaxation.
