About Generosa
I am a KY practitioner since 2011 and a Clinical Analyst at a Hospital. I am a Kundalini Yoga teacher certified by the Kundalini Research Institute. I took the course at Quinta do Rajo in Portugal. With the regular practice of KY I recovered from a deep depression.

Kundalini Yoga is the yoga of consciousness allows the gradual awakening of the nerve of the Soul or Kundalini energy. The practice of KY develops the ability to live a healthy, happy and divine life.
