About Anthony

I’m a Bachelor of Health Science (Kinesiology) graduate currently pursuing my Doctor of Naturopathy. My background combines strong knowledge in human movement, anatomy, and physiology with a clinical, real-world approach to health.

Through my studies and placements, I’ve worked with a variety of populations and have experience applying concepts like exercise programming, injury prevention, and overall wellness in practical settings.

I’m passionate about helping students understand material in a way that actually sticks, and I aim to make learning straightforward, relatable, and useful beyond just the classroom.

About the lesson

My lessons are tailored to you and what you need help with most. I like to start by figuring out where you’re at, then break concepts down in a simple, easy-to-understand way using real-life examples (especially from sports, training, and everyday movement).

I focus on actually helping you understand the material—not just memorize it—so you can apply it on tests, assignments, or in real situations. I can go through class notes, create practice questions, explain difficult topics step-by-step, or help you prep for exams.

Sessions are relaxed and interactive—you can ask questions anytime, and we’ll go at your pace to make sure everything clicks
