About Zoë
I have done a udemy online course in teaching yoga to kids. Completed the course in 2020 with GoGo Yoga for kids. I would like to work with children between the ages of 8 and 12. This way they learn from a young age how to be mindful and calm.

My aim with kids yoga is to teach children how to express themselves. I want them to learn how to be calm and how to relax while moving your body. Yoga is good for everyone. Each lesson has a theme. This helps students remember poses and this makes it easier for them to practice at home in their free time.
