About Patricia

I have been delivering sports classes for over 20 years. I have a degree in Sport and Exercise Science as well as a Masters in Physical Activity and Health. I have worked in schools, youth clubs, sports clubs and community settings throughout Europe and the USA.

My lessons are always fun and I adapt the lessons to suit the needs of the individual or group. Normally I teach children from 3- 14 but I have been in isolation with my elderly parents and have and have adapted the lessons to suit the needs of the elderly.
