I use to be unhealthy , eating junk food , drinking, getting sick all the time , hitting 120kilo on weight.

I started teaching and researching my self how to be healthy and well being .

I fixed up my diet ,daily exercise in gym or just for a walk. Now I weight just under 73kilo , stronger , healthier and passionate about helping others to reach their goals .
