About Shubhankar
Being in the martial arts field for 11 Years now, I experienced developing a lot of skills which kept me focused and helped me to stay fit. As staying healthy is the only key to a happy life. Also, the strength and conditioning certification gave me a better insight into fitness which I excitedly and heartily want to share with you guys. To be honest, work out has to be fun in order to keep it excited and surprising day by day, therefore, my idea of workout is to add fun and thrill in the exercises as well as to be consistent with that.
