I have been doing karate for 15 years.
I have been teaching for 5 years.
I have taught kids and adults.
The results of training is self defense, awareness of situations, self-confidence, health, fitness, respect.
I have won Nationals and a runner-up the year after.

We will train in Traditional Japanese Karate called Goju Ryu.
The style is to preserve life and to train without injury.
It helps to develop patience, courage, self-confidence, self-control, strength, flexibility, calmness and concentration, and it reduces negative or violent attitudes.
