About Sonia
Hi I’m Sonia , I've attended global jump rope workshops and trained with some of the world's leading jump rope athletes and coaches. I strongly believe jump rope should be incorporated into everyone’s fitness routine. Whether you’re an athlete or just starting out on your fitness journey, skipping is the most efficient cardio and beneficial for bone density and cognition and its fun!

My sessions focus on proper technique and strong fundamentals. I will cover rope type , size and position and from there lead onto basic jump to boxer skip, crosses, double unders ,shuffling and skipping to music and so much more.
Lessons are tailored to your goals, whether you're improving fitness, coordination, or freestyle skills. Hourly sessions are £45.
