About Shoshana
I am a graduate of the Juilliard School and a professional dancer with The Metropolitan Opera. I have performed professionally in France, Netherlands, Israel, California, and New York City. My background and training is rooted in ballet, modern, contemporary, improvisation, and gaga modalities. I am also a certified yoga teacher where I infuse my love for movement with spirituality and grounding practices. I view dance as a way to heal rather than something to perfect.

Lessons for both professional and recreational dancers- tailored to your experience level. What sets me apart is my expertise and passion for dance. We can discuss your goals and relationship to dance, and create ways for you to expand your knowledge and feel more confident in your body. I offer improvisational tools, journaling prompts, feedback on performance, as well as cross training in yoga and Pilates to help build strength needed for dance. Everything we do is meant to empower you and remind you of your own inner dancer.
