About Melissa
I started juggling in middle school, inspired by the performers at Six Flags and the Renaissance Faire. I taught myself the basics, showed those performers my new skills, and they taught me how to take things to the next level. In college I spent summers working with a small circus troupe juggling between aerial acts as a solo performer, and with 1-2 partners doing passing routines. After school I performed on and off at backyard parties, the Renaissance Faire, and in burlesque shows. I've also performed as line entertainment for a haunted house for a whole season.

Juggling is great for your brain! You'll learn drills and techniques to get your juggling looking and feeling good. I can teach balls, clubs, cigar boxes, poi, double staff, and diabolo. If we're working remote, you'll need to bring your own props, if we can meet up in Chicago I can provide props until you get your own.
