About Athol Grant
I have been designing and building timber structures for more than 15 years working closely with architects and other professionals. My concept of working on site as opposed to in a workshop leads to a more accurate end product without modifications. I believe that any timber structure should have three key components.i.e. Structural integrity, practical application and aesthetics in that order.

I would like to entrench my personal belief in safety, skills and a passion for creating lasting and beautiful timber structures. In order to do this I will focus on tools, personal skills and techniques and an ability to think out of the box. Every project will present unique challenges and it is important to draw on skills and experience to find the best solution.
