About Lola
I am Lola Aguillard, I have been dancing for 16 years, I have been a competitive dancer for 13 years and I just recently graduated from high school! I dance at the following studios: Kim massy, elevate a dance space,and Dance unlimited. I was a competitive dancer at all studios and danced with many professional dancers and teachers! I have wanted to give out dance lessons for a few years now and I love dancing and working with kids! I would like to help dancers prefect their technique and mostly have fun doing it!

Each lesson is crafted to provide a comprehensive learning experience, blending technique, creativity, and fun. We start with a warm-up to get our bodies ready, focusing on flexibility and strength. Then, we move into learning and practicing different dance techniques tailored to the style of the day, whether it's contemporary, hip-hop, jazz, or ballet.
You'll get to work on choreography, where you'll learn new routines and have the chance to express yourself through movement. We also incorporate improvisation exercises to help you find your unique style and build confidence.
Throughout the lessons, you'll receive personalized feedback to help you improve and grow as a dancer. The atmosphere is supportive and encouraging, ensuring that everyone feels comfortable and motivated.
By the end of each session, you'll not only have honed your dance skills but also had a great time connecting with others who share your passion for dance. Let's dance and create something amazing together!
