About Timothy
Precision in the laboratory mirrors the focus I apply when dissecting complex chemical structures for my students. My 4 years of experience revolve around mastering carbonyl chemistry, SN1 and SN2 reactions, and the intricacies of retrosynthesis. IUPAC nomenclature and carboxylic acids form the bedrock of our work together.
Mechanism drawing is essential. I also clarify amines, elimination reactions, NMR spectroscopy, resonance, and acidity with clarity. Seeing students finally grasp these abstract concepts is truly satisfying.
