About Franco
I am a graduate Quantity Surveyor with over 30 years experience in managing construction and property related projects. I have experience in retail, industrial, energy, residential, commercial, mining, and civil engineering construction projects. My skillset includes estimating, quantity surveying, construction planning, construction management and contractual matters. During past years, I have fulfilled positions of senior estimator, quantity surveyor, development manager, commercial manager, contract administrator, contracts manager, site agent and site quantity surveyor. I have experience in Fidic, NEC, JBCC and GCC contractual conditions. I have expert experience in using specialised construction management software including CCS Candy iTWO Estimating/Valuations, CCS iTWO Planning, Microsoft Project, and BuildSmart iTWO ERP software. Further, I have experience in mentoring and training of staff together with designing and setting up company computer systems.
