My name is Jack I am from Melbourne and I am very passionate about helping people with their training programs throughout the week. I’ve spent many years teaching and mentoring people on how to become a healthier version of themselves. I’ve worked in multiple gyms across Melbourne for the past 5 years teaching group glasses and 1:1 private sessions. I’m all about being open minded and approachable to any person who is needs a good training mentor.
