My boxing lessons are designed for all skill levels, whether you’re just starting or aiming to advance your techniques. Each session will focus on:
1. Foundations: Mastering stance, footwork, and basic punches.
2. Conditioning: Building strength, endurance, and agility with drills tailored to boxing needs.
3. Technique Development: Improving combinations, defensive moves, and ring strategy.
4. Sparring Practice: Controlled sparring to apply skills in a realistic setting.
5. Personalized Feedback: One-on-one guidance to sharpen strengths and address weaknesses.
My goal is to help every student develop confidence, discipline, and the skills to succeed both in and out of the ring.”
