About Neema
I’m Neema Shetty, and I’ve been practicing meditation for over 20 years, starting from my school days. What began as a personal journey slowly became a way to support others through their own struggles.
I’ve attended Vipassana retreats and worked with students facing anxiety, fear, low self-esteem, addiction, and emotional overwhelm.
I offer a safe, understanding space where you can work through your challenges at your own pace—with steady guidance and care.
