I am a healer/writer and artist. Healing is something that has always come naturally to me, these gifts have been passed down to me by my mother and women before her l. This is something I've been doing for the passed three years.

My teaching method is helping the group or the individual identify what it is that is causing them anxiety stress and etc, I usually start with breathing techniques and simple quick guided meditation then proceed to assist with the problem and give the necessary tools needed to tackle whatever it is that they are struggling with at the time.
This can vary from me giving them mental exercises to incorporate into their daily routines (morning afternoon and night) affirmations to repeat and so forth these are designed to fit their schedules so that they are easy to integrate into their lives
I do take account that people are different and that they deal with different traumas and I centre my work to be fitted for the individual.
