About Horacio
I have a degree in Economics from the Autonomous University of Baja California, I have been practicing in the public and private world for 5 years, with more zeal in the public environment.
Mainly I developed in the area of probability and statistics, in the monitoring and interpretation of results and indicators to guide decision-making from the government sector to the automotive industry of tires and wheels, which is where I currently practice.
I also have a Master's Degree in Integrated Water Management, a program oriented to care and good practices in decision-making and in the use and management of the water resources of a region.

My way of transmitting knowledge is based on the internalization of knowledge in the student, that is, that it does not remain as something superficial and momentary, but rather that it is channeled to the deepest corners of the brain and there it remains forever, like many of the primary teachings of our life.
This is achieved based on the repetition obtained in the conversation and debate between the group and the teacher, to generate this, research and reading are necessary.
I have a great sense of humor and a wide imagination that allows creating versatile analogies and examples between real life situations to exemplify them in a simpler state and allow understanding towards students
