About Rhea
I am a dedicated Piano tutor with over 14 years of teaching experience. I work with School students, College students, and working professionals from different backgrounds. I believe learning piano improves focus, creativity, and emotional expression.
My tutoring approach is organised and supportive. I focus on building strong fundamentals such as finger placement, hand coordination, rhythm, and timing. Lessons are structured but flexible to suit each student’s learning needs.
I teach classical piano basics, modern piano styles, chords, scales, arpeggios, and accompaniment methods. I also guide students in music theory, sight reading, ear training, and practice routines. I support students preparing for exams and performances.
What sets my teaching apart is my patience and attention to detail. I make sure students understand each concept clearly before moving forward. My goal is to help students enjoy piano learning and grow with confidence.

I use a teaching methodology built on communication, accountability, and integrity. I focus on creating a learning environment where students feel encouraged to ask questions, share their ideas, and actively participate in lessons.
Accountability is central—I help students set realistic practice goals, track their progress, and maintain consistent practice habits. I practise integrity by giving honest feedback, recognising achievements, and guiding students through challenges with patience and encouragement.
Lessons are personalised to the student’s level, pace, and musical interests. Besides piano, I also teach music theory, sight-reading, rhythm exercises, and performance skills to help students become confident and well-rounded musicians.
