Inspiring and highly reliable Piano and Flute teacher - Piano tutor with Dessy

Dessy has a great understanding of music, and this shows in her teaching methods. She is a great musician herself, and is able to communicate not only the mechanics and technicalities of playing the instrument, but also the emotional communication necessary in learning to play pieces. She is fast thinking and effective and always suggests multiple strategies for the student to be able to tackle difficult areas of learning.

We arranged for Dessy to help our daughter, aged 13, in the run up to her grade 5 exam in particular to work on sight-reading and scales. She worked hard on ensuring proper posture, sound and tempo and our daughter made huge strides in a short space of time. I would highly recommend her.
