About Pablo
I'm an industrial designer and product development leader with 8+ years taking physical products from concept to market, including two patented medical devices. I co-founded and led design at a healthcare R&D firm for five years, working directly with manufacturers, engineers, and clinical partners on high-stakes product programs — including building in-house 3D printing and rapid prototyping workflows as part of that process. I'm currently pursuing an M.S. in Strategic Design & Management at Parsons in New York, so I'm actively immersed in both the practice and the theory of design. You're learning from someone who uses these tools professionally, every day, not just someone who knows the software.

My teaching method is hands-on and project-based — we work through real design problems together, from sketch to a production-ready CAD model, rather than following generic tutorials. A typical lesson starts with reviewing where you're stuck, then building the model live in SolidWorks or Fusion 360 step by step, explaining the reasoning behind each decision. I also teach 3D printing slicing and process — how to take a finished CAD model and actually prepare and print it, including material choices, orientation, supports, and troubleshooting failed prints.
