About Fiona

I learned the practice of traditional yoga with the Siddhi Yoga International school and I am certified in pre and postnatal yoga. Yoga allows me to welcome my emotions while surpassing myself and above all listening to my body and my thoughts. It is knowledge and practice that is precious to me and that I now wish to pass on to others. The level is for beginners and intermediates, as well as pregnant or postnatal women.

About the lesson

During our online yoga sessions, you will practice traditional yoga that adapts to everyone. Yoga is accessible to everyone and allows you to create space and welcome your sometimes blocked emotions, gently and with kindness. Beyond the yoga that we see on Instagram, it is above all a practice that allows you to feel good in your body and in your mind.
