About Barinderpal

I hold a masters degree in Indian Classical music (vocal) from Panjab University Chandigarh India. Raag knowledge, ear training etc

About the lesson

Vocal lessons-

I teach Indian classical music, basic as well as intermediate level, to all age groups. With me, music learning will be fun for you. If you have that persevarance, I can teach you really fast.

Not just a couple of ragas, but my focus will be on making you an independent musician, who doesn’t have to rely on a pro for asking the notation of a song everytime. I will teach you Indian as well as western music theory basics, very effective vocal drills or patterns, breathing techniques that can make your tone powerful, resonant, melodious, and effortless, ear training techniques so that you can tell the correct notes of a musical pattern and chords of any song on your own, some vocal embellishments like meend, khatka, murki, or improvisation of ragas or songs and so on.

Guitar & Harmonium-

I won’t just teach a couple of songs as normally tutors do; however, my focus will be on making you an independent harmonium or guitar player, who doesn’t have to rely on tabs or asking for chords everytime. I will teach you basic music theory, chord progression formulas.

Wish you luck!
