About Simon
I’m a certified Adobe trainer, practising designer, and experienced university lecturer with over 16 years in the creative industry. Originally from London and now based in Scotland, I’ve taught InDesign at leading institutions such as the University of the Arts London (UAL) and the University for the Creative Arts (UCA), and regularly deliver professional training to major organisations and creative teams. My sessions are friendly, focused, and tailored to your pace—whether you're a complete beginner or looking to refine your layout and publishing workflow. I’ll help you build confidence, understand the tools, and design with clarity and consistency. From print to digital publishing, I’ll support you in developing real-world skills that make your work stand out with precision and professionalism.

I also teach time-saving shortcuts and best practices used in the industry to streamline your workflow and improve consistency. Lessons are hands-on, clearly structured, and built around real-world publishing needs, helping you develop confidence, control, and creative freedom within InDesign. I’m a certified Adobe trainer with over 16 years of experience teaching InDesign to individuals, students, design teams, and professionals across the UK and internationally.
