About Carla
I hold a Master’s Degree in Music Education from the University of Aveiro and a Master’s Degree in Music from the Prince Claus Conservatoire in Groningen, the Netherlands. I have been teaching music and saxophone for over 10 years, both in Portugal and abroad. I am currently also working as an independent artist.

I hold a Master’s Degree in Music Education from the University of Aveiro and a Master’s Degree in Music from the Prince Claus Conservatoire in Groningen, the Netherlands. I have been teaching music and saxophone for over 10 years, both in Portugal and abroad, while also developing my work as an independent artist.
As a teacher, I believe that every student has different needs, goals, and interests. For this reason, I aim to tailor each lesson to the individual student, taking into account their level, learning pace, and, above all, the music they enjoy playing.
My goal is for each student to develop a healthy and positive relationship with their instrument, while staying motivated and finding enjoyment in the learning process.
During lessons, we can explore a variety of musical styles, from classical and contemporary repertoire to pop and commercial music, always according to each student’s interests and goals.
